01What does the coach set up?
Start with the coaching offer you already sell. Add your program and organize the materials your clients need. Use your methodology to define the stages of the engagement, the work connected to those stages and the next steps a client should see.
The founding 1:1 plan is self-serve. You configure the program and client materials. Custom work is a separate conversation and quote.
02What does a client see?
Invite your clients into a branded client space. Each client can find their own resources, assignments, feedback, progress and next steps. The welcome and next-steps flow gives the engagement a clear starting point.
Instead of searching through earlier conversations to reconstruct the program, the client has one place to return to for the work.
03How do assignments and feedback stay connected?
Assignments and submissions stay with the resources and feedback that support them. Clients can see the current work, submit it and find your response. Feedback and approvals remain part of the delivery workflow.
This gives both sides a common context for the next session and the work between sessions.
04How is progress organized?
The Progression Scale uses defined stages and milestones to show where the client is, what the current stage means and what comes next. The stages reflect your methodology rather than a universal coaching score.
Progress visibility supports your coaching conversations. It does not guarantee a particular business or leadership result.
05What can the coach review?
The coach view brings the client roster, current stages, status and next steps together. You can see the work across your practice and identify where feedback, approvals or attention are needed.
Each client follows their own engagement. The coach has the broader delivery view.
What it brings together
Less reconnecting the same information.
Signature consolidates the client-facing delivery work that can otherwise live across email threads, direct messages, resource folders and assignment trackers: communication, recordings, resources, submissions, feedback and progress.
Your live coaching sessions and professional judgment remain central. Signature provides the organized space around that work. It is not a promise to replace every tool used to run your business.
The interactive tour shows example coach and client views. For plan scope, see pricing and inclusions. If you are deciding whether your offer fits, start with Signature for executive and leadership coaches.
